Terms of Service

Maplegrit is a service run by BookingHost sp. z o.o., ul. Nakielska 3, 01-106 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000606096, NIP 7010556748, REGON 363905731, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, share capital PLN 105,000 ("we", "us"). Maplegrit is for businesses. By signing up, you confirm you run the business named in your order, or are authorized to act for it.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT. Polish customers pay 23% VAT on top. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, and customers outside the EU, pay no Polish VAT. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.

1. You give us your business details, or permission to use your public listing (such as your Google Business Profile).

2. We build a preview of your website, marked as a demo and hidden from search engines.

3. You approve the preview. Nothing is published as your official website until you approve it.

4. After launch, you send changes (prices, hours, menu, services) by message or form. We prepare the change, and you or our team approve it before it goes live.

Plan B: after you pay, you fill in a short written design brief (style, websites you like, what matters most to your business). You can also choose "Surprise me" and we pick the design based on your business and branding. There is no call.

We use AI tools to build and update websites. A person checks the work before it is published.

Included updates: changes to your content (text, prices, hours, menu items, photos). Redesigns, new pages or new features are not included and may cost extra; we tell you the price before doing any paid work.

You keep ownership of everything you give us: text, menus, prices, logos and photos.

You confirm you have the right to use that content and that it is accurate. You give us permission to use it to build, host and update your website for as long as you use Maplegrit.

We check your information against the sources you give us, but you are responsible for approving it. If something on your website is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

We will not publish stock or AI-generated images presented as your own business, products or staff.

The website design, templates and code remain ours. You may use them for your website while your subscription is active.

If you cancel, we will send you an export of your content (text, menu, prices and the photos you supplied) on request, within 30 days.

Your domain (your website address) should be registered in your business's name. If we register a domain for you, it belongs to you, and we will transfer it to you on request once all fees are paid.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Fees are charged in advance: the setup fee when you order, and the monthly fee on the same day each month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we will email you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may take your website offline until payment is made.

You can cancel any time, by email or in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Your website goes offline after that date.

Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.

Plan B setup fee: refunded in full if you cancel before we start your design. After we start, it is not refunded.

We may suspend or end the service if you do not pay, if your content is illegal or infringes someone else's rights, or if you use your website to mislead customers. Where possible, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

We use third-party hosting and aim to keep your website online at all times, but we cannot guarantee it will never be unavailable. We fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost customers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intentional harm.

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office, unless the law of your country gives you a right to go to your local courts.
